Refund policy

We only sell genuine EVOO products and want you to feel 100% satisfied with every purchase.  If you are not happy with any of our products, then please tell us and we will credit your account to use for any other order.  This credit can only be used to buy products on our website and is not redeemable for cash.  If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a customer is abusing this offer, then we reserve the right to revoke the offer for that customer with respect to any future purposes.

You need to tell us within 14 days of receiving the product that you are not happy by sending an email to returns@jezreelolive.com stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.

We may request that you return the products at our cost.  We will communicate the returns procedure to you at that time.

Defect, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at returns@jezreelolive.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  Include proof of the damage or defect.  We will replace the item at our cost, based on your original order.

You need to submit your Defect, Damage or Incorrect Item claim within 14 days from receiving the product.

Undelivered Products
Let us know at returns@jezreelolive.com if you have not received your order within 10 working days from placing the order.  You may choose that we either re-send the order or refund you.  If you choose the refund option, then we will process the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
