Shipping policy

1.      We only ship to physical addresses or selected parcel lockers within South Africa.

2.      We will charge a flat rate for shipping, regardless of the delivery address and offer free shipping for orders over R600 including VAT.

3.      All costs are included on check-out, there are no hidden or additional customs or VAT costs.

4.      Unless otherwise agreed or stipulated in the customer order or on the website, the order will be delivered by a courier company or other third party, as determined by Jezreel Olive, to the address provided during the order process. 

5.      Although we will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, there are a lot of external factors that may cause delays, for example parcel size, distance and remoteness of delivery address and logistics constraints during peak periods (e.g. before Christmas).  We will let you know if we anticipate a delay with delivery and will keep you posted on progress and expected delivery time.

6.      You acknowledge that Jezreel Olive shall rely on the accuracy of the delivery address as provided by you. Jezreel Olive does not verify any particulars of a delivery address provided by the customer. You shall check the delivery address details every time when placing an order. Jezreel Olive shall not be liable for any costs, loss, damages or claims incurred by the customer relating to an inaccurate or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

7.      Risk in respect of ordered products will pass to you once they have been collected from Jezreel Olive premises by the relevant courier or other third party.  However, as a courtesy Jezreel Olive will insure products up to a value of R600.00 per order (this means that if anything goes wrong, then we will resend the order at no cost to you).

8.      If products are indicated as "pre-order" on the website, Jezreel Olive will only order such product from the respective producers once we have received full payment from you.
